Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date).
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging with all included parts and hardware, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@industrial-outlet.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Please do not ship anything back to us without first receiving an approved return label.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free on all approved returns. We provide a prepaid return label, or arrange freight pickup for large equipment, at no cost to you.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. No restocking fee applies to orders canceled before shipment or to items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us right away. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and report hidden damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, with no restocking fee.
Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status by email. Approved refunds, less the restocking fee, are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
- Shop Pay Installments orders are refunded through your installment plan.
- ACH and wire transfer orders are refunded by wire, ACH, or check to the original payer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available upon request. Contact support@industrial-outlet.com for instructions.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery that arrives undamaged, it will be treated as a return and is subject to the 25% restocking fee.
Return Address
Returns are processed through our support team. Please do not send returns to our business address. You'll receive the correct return address by email once your return is approved.
