We work hard to keep our prices competitive on every piece of professional-grade equipment we carry. If you find the same item in stock for less at an authorized retailer, we won't just match that price, we'll beat it.
How It Works
Track down a lower price on the identical item, same brand, same model, currently in stock, and send us proof, a screenshot or a link works fine. You can do this before you buy or after. We'll check it out, and if it holds up, you get a price lower than what you found.
Restrictions
Not every "lower price" qualifies. The seller has to be an authorized retailer, not eBay, not a marketplace, not some discount outlet. The product itself has to match exactly and be genuinely in stock, not a rebate deal, a bundle, a clearance item, or something tied to a one-time promo code. When you send a request, give us the item's price by itself, we don't factor tax or shipping into the comparison. And this guarantee is for original purchases, not exchanges or replacements.
How to Request a Price Match
Email support@industrial-outlet.com or call (888) 535-1691 with the product you bought (or are about to buy) and a link to the competitor's listing. We typically get back to you within 24 hours.
