How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@industrial-outlet.com or (888) 535-1691. Many orders ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor warehouse, so reaching out quickly gives us the best chance to stop your order before it leaves.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fees apply to cancellations made before shipment.
- Card and digital wallet orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- Shop Pay Installments orders are refunded through your installment plan.
- ACH and wire transfer orders are refunded by wire, ACH, check, or another method you prefer.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
